Woah...
So as I said before I have dived into the Terrorism Liason Officer roll at my division. I have signed up and taken some cool classes, everything from ied/explosive recognition to Site survey classes. Well today I attended a really awesome one today... Hezbollah and Shia extreamists!
The class was taught by a guy that lived in southern Lebenon for 25 some years, before he left in 1979 due to terrorists killing most of his family. Very interesting guy with lots of really good information. He has worked for most of the ABC agencies and the military as well. Some of the stuff he was putting out I knew already but, lots of stuff I didnt know.
Hezbollah is a formidable group. Very dedicated, faithful and driven. Guys I really want to stop.
I have found that most people have forgotten what extremists want to do, or just believe that nothing can happen here in the US. Everything i have heard points to something like Mubai or Beslan....
Hope for the best, plan for the worst...
