Friday
Spent the whole day at Charlie's hanging out. He got in late so I surprised him by cleaning up his place (I'll admit, I didn't do much since he's basically a neat freak), having a candle light dinner ready, and I got him an LSU golf shirt I saw on sale at Tiger Mania for half off! He was extra surprised and we spent the whole night talking till like 2 in the morning.
Saturday
Had lunch at Brewbacher's with Charlie's parents, his sister, & her boyfriend who came in from Vegas. After lunch we went back to Charlie's and watched the Ohio St./ Michigan game. We were talking so much shit before the Ole Miss game especially since there were two Ole Miss guys sitting in our section. That was a rough game. It was just embarassing. I got the blocked goal that would have been the game winner on video as well as the actual goal that won us the game. Final score: 23 to 20 LSU! But still- embarassing. The most exciting game I've ever been to I think. I lost my voice. :)
Sunday
Slept late & missed church so instead we watched the Saints game & I took a little nap while Charlie worked. That night I threw together some damn good jambalaya and we ate while we played this dvd of Christmas songs & Thomas Kincaid paintings in the background. I love that I never get bored with him. We can always just cuddle and laugh or have a deep conversation. I love talking about the future too. :)
Today
I decorated my house for Christmas! It's not done, but I decorated around the front door and in the living room. I can't stand not working. I have to stay busy or I got crazy. So I spent most of the day doing that and then I met Charlie for lunch at The Caterie. Those lunches make my day. Hopefully I hear about that job today!
