Well, places to be things to be said. Or something like that.
Experimentwise, the ball is back in my court and I've decided to play. Explination of horrible metaphor: I've passed to the next stage in the experiment and I've decided to do it. Urine, blood and all. But I'll spare you the details, but only 'cause I'm nice. Let's just say I'm not going to be able to use my left arm on Sunday and by Friday a normal toilet shall be a distant memory.
In other news, Orange was very nice to it's clients yesterday and gave everyone who signed up two free tickets to the movies in lieu of Valentine('?)s Day. Not that anyone remotly religious in any religion except paganism should be celebrating it, but they give us things for free - we don't ask questions. I went with one of my friends and we saw 'Bobby' which was pretty much the only decent and interesting looking movie being shown. Frankly, it's a strange movie to show anywhere outside America because that's pretty much what it's all about (except for the underlying themes of racism, struggle between classes yada yada...) - all about America right before senator and presidential candidate RFK (younger brother of...) was shot at the Ambassador hotel. It was interesting to see who and what all these famous actors were playing, but all the little plot lines kinda left you with the feeling of "Yeah... And...?" Though addmitedly the last scene was good as was all of the acting, it's just the movie itself felt lacking. Man, I'm starting to sound like my brother. And he WANTS to be a film critic.
I've started (and finished) my research on my Purim costumes! (Yes, two.) I've got almost everything I need except for a red vest, high brown boots, a leather book bag, a piratey-looking skirt and a big belt. Other than that, I've got all I need! Optimistic, aren't I? So anyone who has one of these things or knows someone who does please come forward, it'll be much appriciated.
I am the proud owner of six new icons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally got up off my butt and did something for my LJ! Though after I looked through hundreds of icons and came out with around 70 it was annoying to find that I could only use six. Oh well. I guess the next step is to fix up my layout. But I'm lazy...
