I suppose it was only a matter of time, but I was hoping to avoid getting sick. Madison's had her cold, Allyn's been stuffy, and John's been sick the past couple days, but I've been fine up until today. Have you tried wechanacia and golden seal tea? If not I would recommend you doing so....and zinc losenges, vitamin C...and lots and lots of juice, water and if you get a really sore throat...anything with carbination.

I've heard good things about zinc lozenges, so I'll definitely have to check those out. I'll see if I can find the tea as well. I'll try pretty much anything right now to hopefully avoid this getting worse. I'm not very knowledgeable on herbal stuff, so thanks!
