I'll be the last one to find out why...
My moniter, video card, and sexy keyboard came in yesterday. They are all very hot and sexy. The video card is a freaking beast. I plugged it into this PC just to see if it could do anything with the crappy hardware in here and it owned everything I thew at it. I think I underestimated just how blazing this new PC is going to be. And here's some good news: FORTH WOTH(LESS) SENT THE REST OF MY SHIT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND IT IS ALL IN HARAHAN READY TO BE DELIVERED HERE. Even though I had to call Texas to make sure noone took a shit on my order and threw it in a corner, I'm surprised they got it here. So...ownage...it'll be up and running sometime tonight.
Frankie called me sometime yesterday morning and she needed someone to take her to the dentist. She got fillings the day before and they were really hurting her. Or was it her wisdom tooth that was hurting? Hm, I forget, but she was up all night the night before in pain. Anyway, I took her to the dentist and the dentist said that she'll either need a root canal or just get the tooth causing her trouble completely taken out. Ouch.
I am now starting to read All the King's Men. The ULL honors people said to have it read before the Fall semester started and so that is what I will do. I'm guessing the first 'Freshman Honors Seminar' will be on discussing the novel.
