Kiddo Knites
My needles have been busy! And my stash is looking decidedly smaller of my regular worsted fare.
This is a baby set I knit for a co-worker whose just left on maternity leave. They'd decided not to know the baby's gender until birth so I tried to so with a gender neutral colour scheme.
Yarn: Pantons Kory Socks FX in Clover Colours
Hat: Bright Colours Baby Hat
Booties: Saartje's Booties
Mittens: Baby Mittens
Inspired by Nautical Nellie by Cosette Cornelius-Bates, knit of 4.5mm needels out of cascade 220 and lamb's pride in a size small, which is way to big for the 3yr I knit it for. At least she'll grown into it =)
And lastly Wood and Water Hat by Cosette Cornelius-Bates, again using 4.5mm needles with cascade 220 and lamb's pride in a size small. I had fun with the tree embelishement =)
