About the audition
Sorry. I keep promising to talk about something but then I never do. I'm pretty much bored with the internet now. When it comes to lj and myspace, I go on and check stuff, but very rarely do I write anything. lol.
Anyway, last Saturday at the Altamonte Mall there was an open casting call for a couple of tv shows premiering on a new station this fall. The shows are called Desire and Fashion House. The station is MyNetwork TV or My65 or something like that. I don't really know. But so I decided to go and audition. I was terrified, but it really wasn't that bad. I even managed to dance for the camera after saying my name. Haha. The woman got tired of people just saying their names and then start reading, so she told us to do a little dance after we said our names. So I did my little Salina dance (which if you haven't seen, I'm not sure how to describe. It has to do with shaking my fists or something. Whatever) but the chick I was reading with had to out-do and actually sing (I Will Survive). Bitch. Lol, jk. I'm not sure how I did, but at least I know I wasn't as bad as some of the people there. There was one girl who, whenever it was her time to speak, she would pause for a bit too long before reading her line. Then she would look at the camera. She was smiling most of the time and the scene was two girls arguing. Yeah....
Eh, I had typed a bunch more but my computer froze and that was pretty much all that lj saved. I was talking about Fox news and how they were there but sadly I wasn't on it. The guy behind me on line when I checked in was. And the girl I auditioned with was (I was standing right behind her!) but no me. Oh well.
So I'm gonna be realistic. I'm sure I wont get a part. But I still had fun auditioning. I'm glad I did it.
