Hawaii!!
We leave for Hawaii early tomorrow morning! I haven't even started packing yet but right now I have more important things to do, like printout fic to read on the plane. I don't have a laptop, so I need to make actual paper copies. I'm so low tech.
I have no idea what we are doing once we get there, but it's Hawaii, so I'm pretty sure we could sit around and do nothing and it would still be a lot better than anything I do here. I want to go snorkeling. I went snorkeling once when I was in Australia, but it was incredibly cold and windy the day we went. I want to try it again on a nicer day and this would be the perfect opportunity. I'm a little bit afraid of the ocean, but I keep telling myself to just think of it as a really big lake. A girl at work told me that I must go to a luau. That seems like a fairly typical Hawaiian vacation activity so I'm game, but the people I'm going with have all been to Hawaii before so they might want to do less typical things. Having never been myself, I'll probably be willing to do just about anything. Whatever we do, I'll be back next week horrifically sun burnt and hopefully much less stressed.
