my other favorite thing is Cain. well, her and Starbuck, who is a little lost baby butch. but your Cain *scares* me, because she's so frakkin nice! so opposite to my Cain (supertop!), but then it forces you to consider what it takes for a basically good person to do horrific things -- which is chilling.
she was wondering if maybe you would wait, be patient just a little longer, if maybe you would let her sleep a while

it is going to be such a mindfrak for me to write the Cain round, now. she's totally still raping Gina!
now I'm going to quote you back a bunch more lines. so many zingers!

aaaaaaah SO GOOD. this whole section kills, really.
no better than you, no better, even, than a Cylon
hee! nice little cylon god touch, there.
and also, you make very elegant use of repetition.
in sum, you are a shining light of awesome! no seriously, it's so fantastically intricate and economical -- which may sound paradoxical, but it's the way all the puzzle-pieces fit together perfectly. and the idea that Kara finds her dead, because they had a date to finally get sexed up, just slays me! we can totally work that more later.
(now I'm wondering where the part is where Kara gets so ticked off that she stops speaking to Laura? presumably it's after Laura tells her NO about the mission to Caprica, and then proceeds to NOT DIE all contrary-like? the asking for what she wants is the last hope/straw, kinda, after everything Laura has put her through [wow, what a DICK -- I don't know if she was actually apologetic enough in my story]. maybe the Roslin/Kat fic has a Starbuck/Kat part too [not necessarily sexual]?)
