I'm not afraid of anything;;

You know you love me. But I have a couple meme's to do that I got from sephiraprincess.

First one:

1. Reply to THIS post, and I will select four or five of your userpics that I like.
2. Make a entry and talk about the icons I have chosen.
3. Other people will then comment on your entry and you will do the same as I have done for you.
4. Thus creating a NEVER ENDING of icon faggotry.

This one I got before I started making manga icons myself, because I sucked at the time. I have yet to delete this one because it always seems to find a use. :DD

I stole this one from that particular LJ user because she went to High School for a little bit with my roommate, Briana (bri0303, who hasn't written in ages since she got married and moved to Montana). I'm not a gigantic TRC fan (I love it, I do, but I haven't caught up in the past few months and yeaaaaah), however, this icon is made of complete win, because it is. *nods*

Made for my icon fiend, I had fun messing with the textures on this one and using the pen tool to isolate Tohru and Akito so that I could do the text the way I wanted it to be. I also felt the caption went well with the story of Fruits Basket as a whole, since a lot of it is about how love can heal and save.

An earlier coloring of mine, done for a "spoiler" post for fruits basket. I love this particular picture of akito, because it shows her feminine side (lolwhut?).

OMGthisone. I forget what chapter it comes from, but the expression on the twins was too priceless NOT to icon. Besides, I get in that mood a lot... like, "WHATEVER. YOU SUCK." sorta mood, y'know?

And now for the second one~!

Comment and I'll list 7 interests from your profile in a reply.
Then you do an entry about what they mean and why you are interested in
them

CWU ~ aka Central Washington University (http://www.cwu.edu) in Ellensburg (aka E'Burg or The Middle of Nowhere) ~ was where I went from 2003 - 2005 and then for a few months again in 2006. I love the school. I really do. But I didn't love Ellensburg very much. I loved it a lot at first and I love visiting, but I would never want to live there again. But I still list CWU as an interest, since I'm a former student.

Hana Yori dango ~ One of my earlier manga's. Very sweet. Kind of like Ouran, but the guys aren't as awesome. :D I love the live action, too.

Tamora Pierce ~ One of my favorite authors. I love her Tortall books, though I haven't read the more recent ones. I started reading her books back in 9th grade (1999-2000) and was hooked. I've read both the Immortals and the Song of the Lioness quartets several times. :D And the Tortallan characters were once very active players in my daydreams (they still play a role, but not nearly as big as they used too).

W Juliet ~ Another great manga about a guy forced to dress as a girl if he wants to pursue acting as a career and a girl who looks like a guy who fall in love and all the awesome moments that ensue. :D

Nena ~ most known for her "99 Luft Balloons" song, she is one of my favorite German singers. :D I have like 2 or 3 albums. I love listening to her songs, because I can understand them for the most part. Well, I love listening to German music as a way to try to maintain my german or atleast have some kind of grasp on it. I also like Wir Sind Helden (Translates to: We Are Heroes), Die Toten Hosen (translates to: the dead pants), and Juli (pronounced "Yuu-lie", probably a name, but also translates to "July").

Pro life ~ I have always been against abortion. Not only do I consider a moral offense, but it's an incredibly dangerous procedure that effects both a woman's mental and physical health and can lend to long term suffering. Also, I feel that too many woman feel like they have no other choice but to abort and that the "Pro-choice" movement doesn't provide CHOICES but abortion. A woman should not have to sacrifice her future for her child. We need to make it easier to be a mother versus easier to kill an unborn child. Women deserve better than that. As feminist activist Elizabeth Cady Stanton put it wisely, "When we consider that women are treated as property, it is degrading to women that we should treat our children as property to be disposed of as we see fit." Letter to Julia Ward Howe, October 16, 1873, recorded in Howe's diary at Harvard University Library

Deutsch ~ aka German ~ was the language I studied in High School and College for a total of 5 years. I've studied it outside of school quite a bit as well and even went on an exchange to Emmerich, Germany in 2002 (Jan-June). It's a really fun language. Es ist mir aber geil und ist meine Lieblingsfremdsprache. (It is totally cool to me and is my favorite foreign language... along with Japanese). XD
