Sitting, waiting
I'm still waiting to find out exactly who the axe is falling on... given that they're looking to reduce headcount by 20% and have only notified 23 people, that suggests only about 4 of those 23 will not be axed. If what I've heard about one of the Manchester team being offered an alternative role and 2 in the other chambers being offered a chance to apply for another role is true, then that in theory accounst for 2 of that... not good odds. I may know more today, but I don't know for sure... I'm kind of in limbo at the moment... trying to get on working (while everyone else under notice seems to have decided to take the chance to sit at home being paid for not working) and justifying my job, but not exactly sure what I want the outcome to be right now.
