Christopher's Wacky Civics Idea of the Day:
A Constitutional amendment could move all of the current functions of The Ways and Means Committee from Congress to a panel of lifetime appointed administrative economists (Think Alan Greenspan) similar to the Supreme Court.
I'll give my pro's and con's later. Thoughts?
