My boss seems to be intentionally scheduling everyone for times they cannot/should not work.
The other sales guy can't work Friday nights (he's young and wants to party) while working Friday mornings for me seriously messes with my 2 job sleep schedule. We can't switch shifts. We are scheduled that way for the next month. No reason... that's just how the boss scheduled it. No flexability.
I asked for morning shifts this tuesday and thursday so I could do Book of the Law reception stuff. Sure enough I got 2 night shifts.
