Yuto hits the drums, this is the third song they’ve practice for today’s session. In half-an-hour, the bell will go off and it’s dismissal time.

“Otsukare!!!” Shougo shouts and most of the band started cleaning up their stuff. “Oi Yuto, Keito, I was wondering if we can practice over the weekend too.” He started as he approached the two.

Keito just unrolled his sleeves and takes off his guitar. “That’s fine with me.”

Shougo smiled, “Great! See, other groups are planning on meeting over the weekends too and finising stuff in time for next Friday.”

Yuto looked up, “We’re in that much pressure huh?”

Shougo nodded a bit desperate, “What’s assigned to us really isn’t easy. We’re supposed to make this place look awesome since the opening and ending programs will be on us.” He sighed, “Really, too much pressure.” He looked around the venue, “The designing committee is in a heap of trouble too since this place is huge.”

“Oh, Yama-chan’s there, I’m sure they’ll be fine.” One of their classmates joined in the conversation, “And I hear Umiko-san’s really good with arts and stuff too.” He looked really satisfied, “With those two working together, I think we shouldn’t worry too much.” And soon he walked away, carrying his stuff.

Keito patted on Yuto’s back, “If we end up perfecting our songs early, we’ll help out on the decors. You in, Shougo?” He then looked at Shougo.

“Anytime!” and the three heads back to their room to gather their other things. Yuto a bit worried that Yama-chan and Louise won’t be able to get back soon.

“WHERE ON EARTH ARE YOU!?” Daiki’s voice came booming and Ruby and Yuya were snickering while Line and Inoo hovered over Line’s phone. “It’s been hours!!!”

Inoo was trying his best not to sound too happy, “Sorry Dai-chan, Akihabara’s not really that close you know…”

“Shut up, YOU!!!!” he barked, “Line-chan!!!”

“What?” she sounded really amused, “Stop whining Dai-chan, we’re hanging up.” She snickered and Inoo just blurt out laughing.

“You guys are the worst!”

“Just sulk inside your room, you’ll be fine! That’s what I did!” Inoo laughed and Line was about to laugh too when they heard a familiar, annoying voice over the line. It was Asuka.

Daiki was quiet as Line and Inoo listens to Asuka talk, “My friends and I were wondering if you’d like to come eat with us. It’s a Friday anyways.” Her voice was loud and clear, and Ruby watched as Line fights off a ‘hmp’

“Ah… erm… thanks for the offer, but… erm… I have stuff to do.” Daiki sounded like he’s trying to be really nice and polite - but Line just rolled her eyes and Inoo was just trying his best not to be noisy.

“Come on Arioka-kun, it’s a Friday, give yourself a break.” A different voice was heard and Line’s eyebrow twitched. “Yeah, we don’t bite.” Another unfamiliar voice and Line can hear Asuka giggling a bit on the background.

“SABI NANG ME GAGAWIN NGA EH!!! (HE ALREADY SAID HE HAS STUFF TO DO, DARN IT!)” Line barked in her ever so foreign language and Inoo, Yuya and Ruby - oh, plus some other people walking by - looked at her as if she just admitted into leaving a bomb somewhere. Realizing she lost her cool, Line was back on track when Daiki called onto her name.

“Sorry, but thanks anyways.” She heard Daiki talk over the phone and Asuka and the other girls’ voices were soon fading. “Line-chan, you okay?”

“Yeah, she’s on fire.” Inoo answered for her but Line hits Inoo pretty hard, “Just get to the dorm before Line kills someone.” He gets another hit but Inoo was just laughing.

“Shut up Kei-chan!” Line snapped and snatched her phone, putting it off of loudspeaker, “Sorry, I ruined a good date-opportunity for you.” Her words coming out ever so automatic, she wasn’t sure where she’s getting what she’s saying. Her head’s just pretty hot right now hearing Asuka and her little puppies.

“Wha-” Daiki felt himself choke a bit, “Really Line-chan?”

“I’m hanging up… Bai-bai~ Haaaaii~” She can hear Daiki complaining but she just clicks off that ‘end call’ button.

When she turned around, Yuya, Ruby and Inoo all have the same grin, “Let’s get those other stuff you need and just head back already.” Yuya was the one to speak, “Before you end up killing someone…” he chuckled at what he said and started walking, with Ruby following him after giggling a bit.

Line pouts, gathering up some air and making her cheeks go puffy while Inoo stands beside her and they start walking. “Stop teasing me, okay?” she uttered after a few minutes.

“If I’d want to upset you, I only have to mention Asuka’s name”

“Urgh…” Line was quick to react.

And Inoo was just too amused, “You’re too cute Line-chan.” He poked her cheeks but Line just grunts at him - still keeping those puffy cheeks of her.

“Yosh.” Louise uttered as they’ve managed to buy the last one on the list. “We’ll start decorating… Monday?”

Yamada was spacing out a little and Louise nudged him. “Huh?”

“What’s with you?” She asked, looking around, “Saw some ghost or something?”

Then he blinked. His coach actually gave him a deadline about that reply to the J-League letter on Monday - although, the real deadline’s not till next year. “Ah… We better head back.”

“Wait a minute.” Louise placed her hands on her hips, dropped the things she’s carrying and stood in front of Yamada. She has this really annoyed face, “Spit it out, I won’t tell anyone.”

“What out?” He looked genuinely confused - really, people when they space out.

She grunted and started poking on his forehead, “Hello? Anything in there? I’d be better if you tell me so it’s not stuck up there. You’ll torture yourself thinking over something on your own.” In emphasis, she raised her eyebrows.

For some reason, this made Yamada smile and he casually just pinched Louise’s nose - not really something he does, but Louise didn’t mind. “Stop poking into other people’s business.” And this got a scowl back, “Really, I’m okay. Now let’s head back.”

Not really wanting to argue anymore since Yamada looks like he has no intention of telling her whatever it is inside his head, Louise grabbed her share of stuff and started walking towards the station.

As they turned to one corner, Louise was caught totally off-guard when a guy, probably their age, or perhaps a bit older, wearing a cap low enough to cover half of his face, bumped into her and sent her hitting the ground. “I-te…” she uttered the moment her elbow caught the ground. Looking up, the guy stopped a bit to look at her, and then was running right away when a girl screamed, crying that her bag has been stolen.

Yamada was quick to Louise’s side, helping her up when Louise slammed a fist on his side, “WH-!?” Yamada was about to complain but Louise was already sitting up, wincing a bit.

“Get that guy! Get that guy!” She was pointing to the direction where the thief ran off too, and Yamada was quickly on his feet and was dashing away. Louise faintly heard Yamada call out for more help, and it wasn’t long until it sounded like he caught up with the guy. But Louise knew something wasn’t right. She tried her best to stand up, even with her ankle seemingly sprained, a huge cut on both her knee and her elbow.

As she turned on the corner, Louise quickly looked for a guard, a security, gosh, anyone who can help because this thief knows well how to defend himself.

Irritatingly, by-standers just stood there and watched as Yamada fights it off, trying to get the bag back. Louise scanned the area once again, her phone dialling some number when she heard someone running and just stopping to stand behind her. The person spoke, and Louise knew right away who it was. “Someone help him!” she yelped, ever so femininely, it’s hard to think no guy would want to aid this princess. As Louise turned around, Mariya’s eyes widened recognizing her, “Umiko-san…” she barely said this when Louise shouted back at her.

“What are you doing standing there, get someone to help him!!!” She sounded really angry, pissed-off, and soooo irritated because she can’t really move too much.

A few more punches, and Yamada was on the ground, the guy looking down on him with a grin on his face - his nose bleeding, probably broken. Then he wiped the blood on his lips, picked up the bag and was gesturing to hit Yamada again.

“Stop it!” Louise yelled; she wasn’t sure if it was in Japanese or English, but the thing is, she got the guy’s attention for a second.

Yamada tried to get up but his sides seem to ache, and Louise kept yelling. Inch by inch, she dragged her stupid sprained leg - ignoring the tiny, prickling pain it sends to her leg.

But the guy probably tuned out Louise’s voice and was aiming to hit Yamada again. As he did so, he was surprised that he actually just hit a girl’s forearm.  He backed-away a little, looking at the crowed as if trying to locate someone, and was caught by Louise’s stare. “I said stop it, moron! Are you deaf!?”

The guy gestured to hit Louise when she just kept her stare on him; it was pretty scary, the way she looks - with eyes that says she doesn’t really care. With that, the guy cursed under his breath, threw the bag away and ran off really far as some security started chasing him.

“Chicken…” Louise uttered in English, winced a bit, before looking down at Yamada. “You, acting so tough huh?” she smirked and was surprised when Yamada was already on his feet and he gripped on Louise’s shoulder. “What?”

“Don’t ever do that again!” He sounded like he’s mad. “What if that guy actually hurt you!?”

She was taken aback a little but soon replied, “He didn’t, so calm down.”

Yamada kind of swore, at least that’s what Louise think she’s heard, and he still didn’t let go of Louise, “You are some crazy girl, you know that?” then he instinctively just pulled her and rested her head on his shoulder, “I was gonna have a heart attack.” He whispered and Louise felt like her own heart stopped for a moment. She’s never really had anyone worry for her this much before - well, not outwardly.

She tried to laugh it off, “I’m okay, so stop overreacting.” And Yamada pulls away, apologizing a little for his sudden actions.

The two started checking over what mess their bodies got into in that span of minutes, and forgot for a moment Mariya who just picked up her bag, and was just watching them.

“Mariya-san…” Yamada uttered and Louise looked her way too. “…Are you hurt?” he felt like saying something more when Mariya didn’t really reply.

She just shook her head, looking down on her feet. Soon, she just bowed really low, “Thank you for helping me” her voice was really faint, like she can’t speak.

“…Are you sure you’re okay?” This time, Louise felt like just repeating what Yamada said, just so she could say anything. It’s hard to try and read what Mariya’s trying to say. She’s probably still in some state of shock.

Then Mariya surprised both Louise and Yamada when she stepped closer, and soon closer, as she was inches away from Yamada. Soon, it was quick, but she leaned closer and gave Yamada a peck on the cheek, saying, “I can never be like her.” Before she runs off, she gave Louise another glance, and with a sad smile, she whispered, “Thanks” and that’s when Yamada and Louise just watched her run away.

Blinking a bit, “What was that about?” Louise asked, looking really confused.

But Yamada seems like he knows exactly what Mariya realized. “Who knows…” he just uttered and the two decided to settle on a bench first to check on their wounds.

---

Mariya just hugged her bag closer as she leans on a wall, waiting on that spot they’ve agreed to meet.

Then she saw someone approaching and she wiped her tears right away, “Sorry, I tried not to hurt him too much.” The guy took off his hat, and Sawatari was just looking at Mariya really concerned. “That alien sure acts really stupidly.” He uttered as if the person he’s talking about is such filth.

He was surprised when Mariya just sobbed a bit and soon said, “It’s okay Sawatari” ever so gently, and continued, “I’m gonna have to give up on him now.”

Sawatari fought the urge to grab her shoulders and shake her senses back to normal. But he just stood there, controlling himself from getting really angry, “What happened to the Mariya that was so in love and said that she’ll do anything!?”

Her sad smile, plus a tear that just escaped, Sawatari wished he didn’t ask. For when her answer came; it was all so true and hard to counter, “Did you see Umiko-san, back there?” she sobbed a bit, “I can never be that girl.” She just embraced herself, “I can never be her.”

---

“Ow! Ow! CRAP I SAID OW!”

“For someone so tough, you whine a lot.” Yamada laughed as he puts on a bandage over Louise’s cut on her elbow. So far, she only has two, and that sprained ankle.

“You don’t know how to freakin’ be gentle, darn it!” She shouted and poked him on the head. “Did you feel anything at all when I treated you!? You have hands of a monster!” with that Yamada just laughed, “I’m serious!” Louise continued but Yamada just kept laughing. “You know, you won’t pass to any girl if you’re not soft on things like these…”

This time Yamada looked interested, “Oh, I’m sure they can handle a little pain. You were able to.”

“Oh shut up.” They looked up, just in time, the train will arrive in a few minutes. They’ve managed to borrow some first aid kit from the station, and were soon waiting on their ride.

“You know…” After some pause, Yamada started, “Some guys would appreciate a little femininity too.” He looked at her, raising his eyebrows, “think you can have some of that?”

“I am feminine…” Her words fading a little, “…Just not the obvious stereotypical type.” As she continued she tried not to look at Yamada.

“No wonder no one would confess to you - you’re too tough.” He said this with an amused face.

But Louise let out a ‘hmp’ and goes off saying, “Who cares about being confessed to.” She rolled her eyes on the idea, “Not me…”

And Yamada just let out a chuckle. “Really…” at the back of his head, he can hear him and Chinen talking about how Louise is just too interesting - and he was just darn right. Everything about this girl; everything she is and she’s not - it’s all too interesting not to want to know more. And it’s just too hard not to get to know her more than what she shows most of the world. “If someone confesses to you, will you tell me?”

This made her curious, “Why would you wanna know?” was her witty reply. “What’s it to you?”

But Yamada couldn’t find an answer - he can only stare at her eyes - and for a moment, he thought something would come out of his mouth. Something that’ll scare both him and Louise and these precious little natural talks they have.

Because of the silence, Louise decided to just keep talking, “I doubt there’ll be any, but sure… I’ll tell you.” She grinned and Yamada found himself just patting her head a few times. It got some complaints, but maybe that’s what he wants. It’s this characteristic of Louise that interests him the most - her capability of being just a natural, casual, too-honest person. She just says and do thing not caring about what others would think and say. She’s too… erm… apathetic sometimes, but maybe it works to her advantage.

Soon, the train arrives, and Yamada was quick to help Louise to get on the train and get some seat. “Comfy, princess?” he winked, sitting beside her.

“Stop doing that before I sprain your ankle.” She sounded really threatening but Yamada just laughed.

“These are perhaps the rare times you’ll actually need my help - this kind of help that is.”

Louise rolled her eyes as the train starts moving, “Trust me. I’ll make sure this is the last time this happens.” With that, she was sure she caught Yamada looking as if he wanted to say something back, but decided not do so.

xXxXx

The trip back to Meiji was quick, and Inoo was quick to storm away when they arrived, saying that they actually have a meeting to attend to - actually, Miyuki called. Yuya on the other hand just have Ruby a quick peck on the forehead and was running off. “He and his buddies always have movies on Fridays.” Ruby spoke, as if answering a silent question.

Line and Ruby didn’t mind. With or without those guys, they’ll be okay on their own.

As the walk back to the girl’s dormitory, the talk was pretty much about who Line’s going to meet and stay with in Gunma.

Then the talk directed to the call with Daiki a while ago and how Line actually snapped because of Asuka. “I don’t have this real hatred on her - I don’t hate people like that, it’s not really something I do. But when it comes to her, I feel like everything she does is a detonator of a bomb inside my head”

“Ne Line-chan…”

“Hmm?” they’ve just arrived at the girl’s dorm and were checking in.

“What you said about this morning…” Ruby fidgeted a little, but she wanted to keep talking. “About Arioka-kun…” They were already heading upstairs and about to part when Ruby said this and Line stopped on her tracks.

With a uneasy smile, Line replied, “What about that?” she tried not to think too much - but really, she wonders about that blog entry she just deleted.

“You can hate me all you want, or decide not to talk to me after this” Ruby paused and was looking at her friend with really concerned eyes, “But I really think you like him more than just a friend, and I think you should tell him.” Ruby backed away a little, as if expecting Line to be angry or something, but Line just stared at her.

“Why do you think so…?” her question came out a bit like she’s actually, honestly asking something she’s not sure of. Then she looked up and Ruby can tell by the look on Line’s face that her friend’s confused somehow. “I… can’t really say…”

Ruby sighed - it’s somehow like a sigh of relief. “The way you act when Asuka-san’s involved” Line actually winced a bit when Ruby said Asuka’s name and this made Ruby chuckle a bit, “It’s not really something out of the ordinay.”

Line felt a bit uneasy - it’s hard not being sure about something, “…That’s it?” she stared at her feet, “I mean…”

“Oh I’m pretty sure there’s lot more proof than that.”

Like the idea was suddenly given to her - you know, like a contestant in “Who wants to be a millionaire” asking for a help from a friend, and the friend gave out a word that triggers the right answer - the images, different images of Daiki flashed inside her head; the last one was the picture in that entry she deleted this morning.

As if reading what’s inside her friend’s mind, Ruby just patted Line’s shoulder, “Didn’t you say you take lots of pictures of the ones you love?” She smiled and when Line looked up, Ruby just felt like she wanted to cry for Line.

Don’t worry, Line wasn’t in tears. It’s just that - Line looks like she finally got that missing info inside her head. Ruby watched as Line pulled out her phone, that wallpaper of hers, a photo of her and Daiki, smiling at her. It does make sense, and she probably knows this long before Ruby forces her into thinking about it. Arioka Daiki isn’t just some friend. Line knew that. She knows she knew it all along but never really had the chance to accept it. “Thanks Ruby…”

Ruby smiled and hugged Line. “Go at your own pace, it’s gonna turn out okay.”

Line’s smile was quite sad, yet Ruby felt that it was an honest one; especially when she heard what Line said afterwards, “If it were for me, I’d rather not tell him - but maybe I have to.” She paused and Ruby frowned a bit; it’s hard seeing her friend like this - it’s just not Line somehow yet it’s a side of her that’s always been there, hidden behind her smiles. “After all, it’s not like I have all the time in the world.”

“Line-chan…”

“Perhaps before I go to Gunma…” Line flashed that familiar smile - her cheeks red, but Ruby can tell that she’s probably nervous.

“Ganbatte…”

With that they parted to their respective corridors, with Line saying, “Ganbarimasu!” and they waved each other an early good-night.

xXxXx

Honestly, it’s annoying, but Louise couldn’t really argue. As they got off at their stop, Yamada insisted on carrying her - yes, piggyback ride - till they get to her condominium lot. It’s way closer to the train station that their school. Yamada already called Keito to pick up his and Louise’s stuff.

As they walk, Louise tried her best to lighten the load; you know, not move too much and so and so, “You can talk you know.”

“It’ll feel heavier.” She uttered. Really, she’s just plain embarrassed. This is not something you do so casually - well, not in Louise’s world that is; you know this girl… she has her own set of rules and such. “Remind me again how you made me agree to this?”

“I didn’t ask your permission, I just pulled you. Had I asked, we would still be arguing in the train.” he can feel her nodding. “Don’t worry, it’s actually payback. For saving me back at Akihabara.”

Louise let out a ‘hmp’ and went on saying, “You should be embrassed, getting beat up like that.”

“I was trying not to hit him.” Then what came out of his mouth shocked him - for he didn’t really intend to say it out - and Louise for she was obviously clueless, “Sawatari probably had his reasons; everything was a set-up.”

There was silence and Louise demanded Yamada to put her down. It’s nice enough their already at that tiny park by the river and Yamada helped her to a bench. And there came the storm, “THAT WAS SAWATARI!?” her eyes ever so round and wide. “WHAT THE HELL!?”

“Calm down.”

“Wait, what’s going on? What set-up!?” She hated being clueless, and Yamada just placed his hands on her shoulder and shakes her a bit, “Explain!”

“Think Umi-chan, it’s not like you.” He was trying not to laugh too much, “It was clearly a set-up because there’s no way Sawatari would steal Mariya-san’s purse.” Louise relaxed a bit, “Besides, had he been a real thief, I doubt he’d stop to actually have a fight with anyone.”

Louise grunted - clearly pissed because she didn’t figure it out, “I’m too pissed to think properly.” She uttered, spatting out her words.

“It’s okay. I just happened to knock his cap off.” Yamada then sat beside her.

Then there goes Louise’s sigh, “It’s amazing how much people here hate me.” But there was no tone of sorry-ness or sadness in her words, just a plain statement.

“You said it yourself, ‘You can’t please everybody’” This made Louise look at him. “What?”

“I said that to you?”

Yamada nodded, “Kind of.” Then he paused, “Maybe…” and chuckled, “Or maybe not…”

“Oh forget it.” Then they both laughed.

“Nonetheless, it’s just some.” He smiled, “You can’t get everybody to like you.”

“Yeah, but you can’t help but try to get everybody to like you.” This was her answer and Yamada felt like it hit straight to his guts. “Bull’s eye, huh?” she chuckled, “Of course, the ever so perfect Yamada Ryosuke would get affected by what I said.”

“…I guess…” his words were hushed a bit.

“Didn’t mean to hurt you in any way, honest.” She was putting her hands up.

Yamada just laughed, “Don’t be silly.” He shrugged afterwards and added, “It’s pretty true anyways.”

Then he felt a thug, and Louise has her pinkie finger out, and raised it for him to see. “Let’s pinkie-promise.” She grinned and Yamada frowned, curious and feeling a little dubious because this is something little kids usually do. “Let’s promise that from now on, we’ll just be ourselves and not really just aim to please everyone.”

Yamada just stared at her - as if she just said something really weird and new, then he raises up his pinkie finger, and crossed it with hers as they sang that pinkie-finger song (I have no idea how it goes, so forgive me, haha! *whacked*) as they were done, they laughed a bit, seeing as how childish they look.

“There.” Louise uttered, looking at Yamada’s smile, “See? That feels better.”

She was right - it does. Weird enough, it was something so simple, yet he felt lighter. As if some load was taken. “Thanks…” he uttered, after some long pause.

“Don’t thank me, because I didn’t do anything.” She giggled, “I practically just made us look like idiots, and you just fell for it.”

“Sure sure…” he then started poking on her wounded elbow.

“HEY! That’s a foul!” She complained and started poking on Yamada’s bandages. Really, at times like these, it just proves to him more how she can be really someone different - special. How can this stranger be so relevant to him now?

---

“Aki-chan…” Ayaka uttered as they started walking away. “What are you planning to do now?”

Akihiko was just staring up ahead, “Mariya-chan seems to have given up” she uttered, Ayaka still following her, “But I won’t.”

“But it looks like she’s after Ryosuke-kun now…”

“That’s right.” Akihiko smiled, “So I’ll have Nakajima-kun for myself.”

---

The next day, Louise got some good scolding from Keito and their other classmates because of her wounds and her sprained ankle, while Yuto just waits for them to clear away from her. It’s a Saturday, but the class agreed to work over the weekends since they don’t really wanna leave everything to the last minute. Their target project for today was setting up the stage. The festival begins on the 14th, and they don’t have much time to waste. Right now, the rest of their class is at the gym, setting up decorations.

Louise sat on a bench, sighed, tired of hearing people nag at her, when Yuto finally steps in and sits beside her. “You’re not gonna scold me, are you?” But Yuto laughed and poked her ankle. “That hurts, you idiot!”

“It’s rare to see you injured.” He sounded amused enough, “I’m glad you look okay.”

Louise looked away. It’s not really something she’s used to, getting ‘worried’ expressions from people. “I’m a tough cookie.”

“Yeah.” He then raised his brows, “Any plans for the holidays?”

She sighed, “Apart from pigging-out with Suoh and being a potato-couch, nothing really.” She looked interested, “And you?”

“I think we’re going to some ancient house…” he looked up as if thinking of the details, “Mom said we’re having a reunion with some relatives.”

“Sounds fun.” she replied, while nodding, “Where to? Here?”

“Gunma, I think…” Yuto was about to say something more when one of their classmates, well, it was Shougo, comes banging the gym door open and excitedly announcing as he stops near Yuto and Louise.

“Suzu-chan came to visit!” he uttered and the rest of the class were in a buzz. “And Kamiki-kun too!”

“Oh, those two…” Keito uttered, looking towards the door. “When was the last time we saw them…” he sounded like he’s talking to himself.

“Who?” Louise uttered, rather curious - with some fuzz, perhaps they’re relevant people.

And before anyone could answer, a tall, simple but really pretty looking girl steps in, followed by a rather simple, yet really sweet looking guy. They both have this different aura to them.

The pretty girl, Suzuka seemed very friendly, polite and gentle, greeting everyone as she walks near the stage while the guy seems really fun and quirky.

Louise felt she’s star-struck. At least, that’s the word that comes to mind when  Suzuka stood near her and Louise just noticed that Yuto’s up on his feet. “It’s been a while, Suzu-chan.” He greeted, his smile just sweet enough like the ones he always has.

Suzuka replied with one of her smiles as well, Louise suddenly felt oh-hideous, “It has, how you’ve been Yuto?” she directed her look at Louise and smiled as well, “You must be Umiko-san…” Louise just bowed in acknowledgement. Suzuka held out her hand and Louise took it, and Louise was surprised a bit when she greeted her in English, “Nice to finally meet you.”

The guy, Kamiki Ryunosuke greeted Yuto and even gave him and Keito that familiar hug, and he also greeted Louise.

It wasn’t long before everyone seemed busy chatting with these two new people while Louise felt like just sitting there - really, she’s feeling her best when she’s by herself and not talking, it makes her feel at ease.

Yuto was up on the stage playing some beats with Shougo, and they were announcing that they’ll start practicing some songs in about half-an-hour. Keito startled Louise a bit when he sat beside her. “Aren’t you supposed to be up there jamming with them, too?” She asked when Keito just rested his back and relaxed.

“I’m sure you’re wondering who they are.” He replied instead, nodding towards Suzuka and Kamiki.

But Louise shrugged, “I don’t know them, so maybe I’m curious.”

Keito laughed; Louise just knows how to use her words, you see, “They used to be in this class - they already transferred before I got here, though.” He cleared his throat, “Child prodigies, as they say. See, those two, they’re both working artists.”

“That explains why they have that aura.” Louise said casually. “I admit I was starstruck.”

Keito laughed, “My first impression too, when I met them the first time.” then he paused, “But there’s more…” he leaned closer to Louise and seems like he’s going to whisper the rest. “They say that that girl, Suzuka-san, she confessed to Yuto before leaving.”

Louise blinked a few times, surprised. She then found herself looking at the stage, at that guy beating the drums ever so casually.

“Sorry I’m late!” Then Yamada comes in, stumbling upon Kamiki right away. Suzuka beamed and gave him a hug. The scenery suddenly looked so confusing to her.

FINALLY, I get to post it completely.. Sorry for all the hassle... *sighs* take care guys!
