santa monica
ann arbor never seemed so small....
so I'm back from LA and somehow managed to stay alive.
saturday was spent driving down Rodeo Dr and Sunset Blvd.
i called my mom every time i spotted a landmark from Pretty Woman.
we stopped at Fred Segal, but i did not see any movie stars.
then we cruised Hollywood blvd and the hollywood hills mansions.
i walked on the stars on the sidewalk and tried to take pictures of the hollywood sign but it was too smoggy.
on sunday we drove to the santa monica pier.
it was pretty sweet and i got to eat dippin dots.
we ate a mexican feast and almost threw up, but at least it was delicious.
then we walked around Ocean Dr and the promenade.
i really do hate shopping. maybe its because i am not skinny enough to fit in trendy clothes.
at the end of the night, i indulged in garlic knots and house merlot before leaving for the airport.
we arrived in detroit at six in the morning
i did not finish my paper that was due today
and i skipped all of my classes
apparently we had a quiz
apparently i am not doing well this semester
