Houses -= 1;
Well it's official.
There was loan drama on Wednesday, so our house didn't close. But that has been sorted now. The closing agent has the funds, and she has filed the paperwork with the county to transfer the title. Once she gets the official numbers back from the county, she'll disperse funds. That means a big fat check for me. By check I mean she'll wire funds and it'll just show up in my account... but that doesn't sound as juicy.
At this point, now that the paperwork has been filed with the county, it's pretty much a done deal. The train has started the decent and there is no way to keep it from getting to the bottom of the hill.
So, we only own 1 house now...
And I appear to have sprung a money leak.
Yesterday I bought an Xbox 360 Premium, and Gears of War. (Dell.com, 15% off = $425 w/shipping for both, woot!)
Today I bought computer hardware. New Core 2 Duo, Motherboard, and 2gb of ram.
I'm also planning on stopping by the company store and picking up at least 1 extra 360 controller, PGR3, and anything else that strikes my fancy.
This evening I'll be on the full internet prowl trying to figure out what we are getting for Shannon's new laptop, I'll probably be buying it tomorrow. Core Duo or Core 2 Duo, 2GB, light as possible. Probably something Dell or Toshiba.
Spending money is fun!
