My friend told me he was going to an 'underwear party,' but not just any underwear party. One where females in underwear get in free. Underwear for males, now that's optional, and possibly discouraged.
And girls who come topless, they get free shots. Even saves the trouble of getting them drunk before getting them naked, kind of like fruit that comes chopped and in a cup ready for you. Hmph.
