Real Estate Question

For those out there who may know more than me.

How long do I need to hang onto old Real Estate Paperwork? (i.e. old loans long refinanced, seller's copies of the sale of our last house, etc, etc)

We sold our house 7 years ago.

And we' ve re-fi' ed this one twice and I found the original loan paperwork. I'd like to shead that.
