I love calling the Fire Department

While playing in the back yard, Elli managed to get her leg stuck in the wood railing on the platform. She couldn't get it out. We pushed and tugged and did all sorts of things to try and get it out. After 15 minutes. I gave up and called the Fire Department. Big, Burly (cute!) guys with stronger hands than mine pulled the wood slats far apart enough to let her pull her leg back out. And she skipped away happily.

I hope the rest of their week goes as easily.

Boys were happy as they got to see fire trucks up close and personal.
