Post Pennsic Post!

Wow... Pennsic was amazing. Really want to go back next year. However getting home sort of sucked.

Getting home, the bad:

Hank is sick - off work with migraines and dizzieness. He's seen a neurologist, has new meds, and goes back to work on Monday.

Theo (my kitty) is missing. He was last seen last Thursday. :-(

Rasputin got sprayed by a skunk just as I got home. Whee. The peroxide/bakingsoda/soap thing does work.

Pennsic, some of the awesome:

My Pennsic household, Morning Wood, rocks. Fun, silly, with nice kitchen and shower set up, tasty food, shade, lake. Want to go back and camp with them next year too.

My tent! At Pennsic!

Over the bridge from our camping area was our kitchen/dining/hang out area. Prime lake front real estate. :)

There are lot of performers in the household including Paolo Garbanzo the juggler, Christopher Allen the contortionist, Madcat who has a bed of nails and does acro and strong man stuff, several dancers, and many very theatrical people. I got some top quality play time in passing torches, knives, standing on Madcat's shoulders while passing clubs with Paolo, doing acro-balance with Madcat on the bed of nails... yeah, lots of fun. very inspired to do more performing.

We also had a resident snake in camp for a while, until the water level dropped:

It's home was right next to the bridge... luckily it decided not to bother us.

Of course I did a lot of other fun stuff at Pennsic....

I fought! Really, I did!

I was in the "whoes line doth it be" improv show along with Ethan and Paolo. Follow the link to a video! Apparently the whole thing will eventually be on youtube....

There is more, much more.... so another post will probably follow. Now... back to real life....
