Big Clothing Sale 2007

Jan 31, 2007 17:47

I stole this idea from yiskah since I am not in the mood to list them on eBay.. I've mostly been wary since the fees went up and it'd suck when half the items I list don't get a bid yet I still must pay the listing fees!

Even if you don't want them yourself, please pass this around if you know anyone who does and would be interested. the more I sell this way, the better! as for actual prices, I'll take the best offer and then give you the paypal info. if you want multiple items, we can negotiate a better deal. some of these were hardly worn or not even worn at all in the case of two shirts definitely. so yes,

Size Medium. 90% cotton / 10% lyrcra. I hardly remember where this shirt came from, but yes, it's a black v-neck with quarter length sleeves... which is pretty apparent in the picture.

Size Small. 100% cotton. I remember wearing this once about 7yrs ago. I think it came from Delia*s. goes nicely with a cardigan.

front

back
Size XS. 100% cotton. it's a sweater-y styled sleeveless top.. rather sophisticated. I got it from Victoria's Secret.

Size Small. 100% cotton. it's a white boatneck quarter length sleeve top I got from J.Crew. it went well with a pair of black stretch pants; good for casually lounging or working out.

Size XS. 95% cotton / 5% spandex. a heather grey white laced v-neck bra top from Victoria's Secret.

Size XS. 95% cotton / 5% spandex. a heather grey sleeveless shirt with a styled red rose in the corner from J.Crew (can you tell what my favourite two stores were at the time?).

Size Small. 92% rayon / 8% spandex lace: 82% nylon / 17% spandex (this was a confusing label.. the lace has rayon and spandex in it and the shirt part has the other stuff in it? hmm. anyway.). another Victoria's Secret shirt. it has a bit of ruching under the V in case it's not apparent enough in the photo. I think I'm wearing the shirt here, but it's not that great of a photo in terms of showing off the shirt.

Size XS. 95% lyocell / 5% spandex. a bit of ruching on the shoulders. in red. from J.Crew.

The same shirt as above yet with a pattern. actually, you can take a look at this one on me 'cause I have an old photo wearing it: here (okay, I never said it was a very clear photo.. I had a crappy camera at the time).

Size XS. 95% cotton / 5% spandex. crossover tie shirt from J.Crew. I'm seen wearing it here. the one issue I had with this shirt was that it took too long to get situated with all the tying, but it does look cute once on! :D

(closeup of design. no, it's not really that light. that was the flash's fault. it's really a dark denim-y coloured blue)
Size Medium. 55% acrylic / 45% cotton. this is Blue Asphalt brand.. I think I got it at Wet Seal or maybe it was possibly still Contempo then? this was the 90's, yo. and yes, it still has a tag, so I never wore it either!

Size XS. 90% rayon / 10% spandex. this is a lovely J.Crew short sleeved v-neck shirt with stiching embroidery around the neck, sleeves and bottom.

Size Small. 100% cotton. v-neck with side button design from Victoria's Secret. it has a slight stain on the botton, but not very noticeable. I may just take s/h fees for this due to the stain.

Size Small. 100% rayon. blue-green very ruched fem. shirt still with tag on! I got this at kohl's and mom thought she'd take it so we didn't return it. it turned out it just wasn't her style and the top part was too heavy for my tiny shoulders, so it remains unwanted. since it was originally on sale, I may just take s/h fees for this one, too, if wanted.

Size XS. 55% acrylic / 45% cotton. a nice sweater-y style from Victoria's Secret. in case it can't be seen, where the silver eyelets are, there's string that ties into a bow. even though there isn't a tag, I can't remember ever wearing this.

Size Medium. 65% polyester / 35% cotton. a patterned shirt. I don't remember ever wearing this either.

Size Small. 100% cotton. for all who are nostalgic about MTV's Daria! the only issue with these shirts? they were probably made for little kids. nice to look at, but I doubt anyone but a kid could wear it :\ (at the time of ordering, I thought they were regular people sizes)

front.

back. (mostly to show off the belt which I removed when I did attempt to wear it anyway)
Size Small. 60% cotton / 40% wool. from J.Crew. I loved this cardigan when I first got it. see me in it? the only problem is that I came to realise that wool makes me itch.. even in a blend, so yeah. when I did try to wear it for a whole day, I sadly had to put it away for good.

Size Small. 55% linen / 45% cotton. though it's hard to tell, this is a long black sweater jacket with a belt. it's from Victoria's Secret. I recall wearing it once before realising I liked shorter jackets best.

Size 1. 100% cotton. construction style pants from Old Navy. these I'll practically give away if anyone wants them.

Size 2. 52% cotton / 44% polyester / 4% spandex. these are the raspberry-ish red J.Crew pants I'm wearing in that photo I posted above for the patterned shirt. has two front pockets; one regular and one in the style of a shirt pocket with a button closure which couldn't fit much, but is real and one fake back pocket. inner button closure and big button in the front w/zipper.

Size XS. 95% cotton / 5% spandex. black J.Crew casual drawstring pants.. they tie on the side instead of the front.

Size XS. 94% cotton / 6% spandex. heather grey ballet pants with a tie belt from Victoria's Secret.

Size 2. 100% cotton. black trousers with metal clip detail. button on the inside, clips in the middle w/a zipper. has two front pockets and two back pockets; one with a button closure.

Size XS. 70% cotton / 26% nylon / 4% spandex. I'm wearing them in this photo, but they can't be seen very well. they're a casual black pant with a slight flare at the bottom. no pockets, no drawstrings, no belts. from J.Crew

Okay, that's that. please spread the word + let me know if you yourself want anything / have any questions in a comment! at least I got the photos taken so I can put them up on eBay if I don't get enough takers, but it would be nice to give clothing to people I know or through people I know :)
