(no subject)
So it's 12:58am, and I'm updating my journal. Cherokee was fun. Saturday we went to the Nantahala River to watch all of the rafters go down it. To make things short...I almost fell in and Neal dropped his cell in the river. It survived. We also went to Uncle Bill's Antique Mall and Flea Market...lol. Interesting people there. Very...hillbilly-ish. But it was fun. Lessee...oh yes...on Sunday I was a bad girl and decided I wanted to do a little gambling before I left. So I walked into the casino and the security guard immediately walks over to me demanding to see ID. I of course wasn't 21 so they made me leave...party poopers. (that's not QUITE how it happened but it's close enough :P) While in NC I decided that I'm going to live at the Fryemont Inn. It may be an inn now, but things can change. I HAVE to live there. I haven't actually stayed there before, but I got to walk through it and it's lovely. I also decided about a week ago that I'm gonna live in this house that's on top of Lookout Mountain. I'll have several homes. Now I just need some money and I'm good to go! Oh, I've found some new books I like. When going through a bunch of boxes in our basement, that basically were never unpacked from moving in, I found some Nancy Drew books that were my mom's when she was little. I need to finish finding them, so I can read them in order. Right now I'm reading THE CLUE OF THE BLACK KEYS, copyright 1951. It's kinda fun to read something that old. It's funny to read because of the social roles men and women had back then are completely different from present day, and it shows in the reading. Alrighty, I'm gonna go read now. I wanna be just like Nancy Drew and solve mysteries when I grow up! :)
