It's been a while...I'm FINALLY out of school. I got out on the 27th. I think I was the first one out, out of all of my friends. *sigh* I hope this is a good summer. On May 1st I went to Higher Grounds Coffeehouse and saw Ginny Owens live. That was very cool. Hmm...on the 5th my dad and I left to go to Oxnard, California which is in southern California. It was fun, but I wouldn't want to live there. I like the South. I'm sure I could elaborate on my trip, but not now. Maybe later. We came back very early this morning. About 1am. Didn't get to baggage claim til 1:30. And since MARTA stops running at 1, we had to sleep a couple of hours in the airport. All of the couches and comfy seats in the Atrium were taken, so my dad and I went upstairs and slept outside the USO. What a miserable sleep. If you want to call it sleep. I probably slept for a total of 15-30 min. Kept waking up to the sound of the recorded voice over the announcements about making sure your luggage is kept near you at all times in order to insure the safety of yourself and others. I'm not doing that again. Then at about 4am my dad woke up and we walked down to the MARTA station at the airport and rode it to Brookhaven. MARTA is a scary place. Then we went to McDonald's just to get something to eat 'cause we were hungry. Then we drove home, dropped our stuff, and went to bed. We woke up around 12:30. I still feel like I'm on California time. So I'm back home now, trying to figure out what to do. Oh, and I might have a job for this summer. It won't be for the whole summer, but at least for the month of July possibly a couple of weeks in June too. I might babysit for this couple at my mom's church. They have a son named Garret. He's so cute :) I love babysitting kids. And she said she'd probably pay me around $180 a week. Sounds good to me. Well, I'm kinda sick of writing, so I'll update later...maybe.
