(no subject)
I usually post from work because I have nothing to do and have the time. Today I am posting because I have SOOO much to do I just need a break from the chaos. I was out on Friday (sick) and Monday (power outage). It's a lot of catch up to play! I finished all of the actual client needs this morning. I am proud that I got it all done in the morning! There was a ton! This afternoon I will spend finishing billing (the filing and getting stuff to the staff here.)
Last night the bride came over to pick out my dress. I shouldn't complain--becasue at least she's not making me buy a dress. She wanted me to wear red, but I don't have a red dress. So she settled for black. I showed her one dress and she LOVED it. I just got it for a penny at Wet Seal. THen I showed her my other dress and said, "I hope you don't pick this one. I have to dry clean it before I wear it next." And what do you know, she wanted that one! The nerve. JK. Dry cleaning bill beats out buying new dress, fitting and having it altered any day. It's the one I wore to Darla's wedding.
I get to see my little brother this weekend! I am so super excited. I haven't seen him in a couple of months--just pictures of his bald head and thinning body. He's in military school.
I have been reading through John lately. It's an action packed book. Always my favorite version of the gospel to read. It still amazes me how many times "the disciples [saw/heard this great thing] and they believed." They believed over and over again--and each little thing pushed them to believe once again. THat's how it happens I think to modern day peeps, too.
