I think any problems with continuity are minor and can be easily explained. I thoroughly loved the episode.
And now I have a jones for Peter/Mohinder fanfic.

That's what I was thinking. I need to go back and watch the first season, though!
Oh god, the show has been so good lately. This episode was amazing.
