status report: still alive (just cookin')
It's hot as hell here right now, and I mean hell quite literally. The air is sizzling, the pavement started to melt in some places, and the best part? The management is so f#cking frugal, that we still doesn't have any air conditioning. Even though they practically swore a blood oath last year to do it after someone fainted in our workplace because the heat/lack of air. Well, the poor soul got a lot of apologies (and iced water, that we made her, and also who called the ambulance? Hint: not the management), and we got a lot of empty promises. Well, guess what: the heat wave is here to stay, and we're sweatin' for minimal pay...
