It was strange to be back in the television, especially one that was completely foreign. To say the least, he didn’t like it. Things would have been fifty times easier if Teddie or Rise was around, but they weren’t. That simple fact left them to hunt people down the hard way.

Kanji wasn’t out of shape, but he knew that this was going to be a long trip and his feet was going to be killing him by the end. “You think we should just start yelling for them?” Because, there wasn’t much else they could do outside of scour the area. How big could this TV World be and why was it here to begin with?

If Souji had answers to those questions, he would answer them. Sadly he didn't. But he did know that somehow, the people that were in the TV did not create specific locations. At least, he hadn't found any. And given how long he's been here, he wasn't sure if there were going to be any.

"I'm not sure if that would be a good idea, Kanji. We might attract the shadows that way, and we're better off looking for them than try to fight them off. Thankfully, this place doesn't seem as complicated..." At least it didn't seem that way.

Up ahead though, Souji saw something. Something or someone that was unclear but there was a figure there, and it didn't look like a figure of a shadow. "Kanji, up ahead... It looks like it's struggling..." Could that be one of the victims stuck in here?

It was either that, or a shadow in disguise. He couldn’t remember how many times he decided to open a chest and there was a stupid shadow creeping inside. “I don’t know about that… but..” Since, Kanji was the muscle of the group and tended to be able to take the most damage, he’d just run on ahead and take the beat down LIKE A MAN.

“Uh…sempai…” Yeah, it was definitely not a shadow, though he had never seen this person before.

This blond man just collapsed into Kanji, hopefully the teenager being able to hold the older man's weight. He was horribly exhausted, his breathing labored, and his eyes could barely stay open.

"Who... who are you... You must leave this place.... much danger..." Zalbag could barely get a word out. He was so horribly exhausted that he hadn't been able to catch his breath. And the fog here was that much worse than it was outside of this midnight channel.

Souji rushed to Kanji to see who that man was who collapsed on him. And by the looks of it, it was the first person who Souji saw on the TV. "Kanji... this is Professor Beoulve. He was the first one I saw on the TV... and he's getting worse. We need to get him out of here."

Seeing him only made him wonder who else was in here. Souji had been monitoring the TV but he hadn't really been able to see who else was in here. Their image hadn't become clear as Zalbag's was.

Zalbag wasn’t the lightest of people to carry around, but Kanji did it without complaining. “He was the first one? The only one I knew about was that Urd person everyone was yelling at me about.” Glancing around, he wondered how far they were away from an exit.

“Which way did you come in sempai?” Because, he didn’t think that they would be able to get out the way that Kanji had first gone in. There was probably people crawling all over Junes, and trying to explain three people jumping out of a television… Well, it wasn’t the easiest thing to explain.

Souji seemed quite resourceful this time around and easily found his way towards the entrance. It was the same entrance that Akihiko, his uncle, and Junpei and Shana had gone through earlier. Souji stuck his head out the TV to look around to see if there was anyone around. Hmm... He stepped out and took Kanji's hand to lead him out of the TV. Like the good senpai that he is.

"I'm not sure where we should leave him... The air here is a little better but I'm not sure if he's strong enough to make it back..."

He sat Zalbag down against one of the big screens, it was really the best place he could fine at that moment. He shrugged his shoulders a bit at that and glanced around. “Maybe if we put a blanket or something over him… I mean…wouldn’t it work like a hospital mask or something?”

He wasn’t sure if that even made sense, but Kanji wasn’t the brains or even the good looks in the operation. He hit things, and hit them hard…

Surely enough, the air outside the Midnight Channel was a lot better. While Zalbag's breathing was still labored, he was taking much better breaths here. He let out some coughs and a bit of gaspings for air, but he gave the signal that he was doing fine. Just, of course, exhausted ( ... )

"Professor Beoulve..." Souji said to the older man as he got up. Souji wasn't even sure if he should still be getting up, but he seemed to be better once he was out of the TV. Still, he worried about the professor's shadow. It was out there somewhere.

"Please be safe, Professor... It's dangerous out here right now." And then looked over to Kanji. "We should go back in and see whoelse is here."
