When: Katsuya's first day; mid-afternoon
Summary: Katsuya arrives in Aegean. First things first: report in.

Katsuya arrived in Aegean a quarter till noon exactly. His first order of business was to simply orientate himself. He gave a lingering stretch after he exited the train and glanced idly around. He had consulted a map before coming, but now he brought one out again to refresh his memory. It only took a few seconds for him to re-memorize the two places he needed to know the most: his new apartment complex, and the Aegean PD building. He set out for the former first just so he could rid himself of his baggage.
That finished, he headed straight for the police department to report in as quick as possible. He had two reasons for this: he ran strictly by the books, and he liked to make good first impressions. This was a new city with new people in it; if he was lucky, he'd manage to actually get along with his fellow officers. (Besides the fawning women.)
He walked into the PD building and glanced around at his new office settings. Quaint, similar to Sumaru in all but basic layout. That he would get used to easily enough. Satisfied, he looked around for his new boss.
