Here's a yummy recipe I made tonight for dinner as an experiment. I share this with you 1. because it was yummy, and 2. because this is actually how I wrote the recipe down as I made it up and I thought it was funny.

Cube up a package of tofu and fry it up with some olive oil and some powdered ginger, the more fried the better so it stays stuck together.
dump it into a pot with a thingy or two or maybe 1 1/2 of vegetable broth.
add a sh*tload of root veggies and stuff, chopped:
1 big onion
1 big fat carrot
1 parsnip, not as big and fat
1-2 turnips
3 stalks of celery
1 small sweet potato
about 1/2 a butternut squash
some diced up greens like spinach or kale
Add about 3 inches of ginger root, peeled and grated into the pot.
Dump in a mess of garlic powder.
Dump in a bunch of Adobo spice, preferably with cumin.
Add some more cumin, because it tastes earthy.
Cook it until it's pretty mushy.
I bet it'd be better in a crock pot.

So I didn't get the chef gene. It's still tasty.
