WHY?
How and why does it happen that every single day of the week when I wake up at 5:45 am to get ready for work Caty is still snoozing at 7 am when it is time to leave for school/work. I have to fight with her every single morning to get up out of bed and get ready for school. But the ONE day of the week when I can sleep in until 9 she wakes up on her OWN at 6ish and turns our house into a disaster zone? I don't get it! This morning she has been up for almost 3 hours doing her own thing while I halfway slept in the other room. I finally get up and I find: all of her movies all over the living room floor where she has changed them out who knows how many times this morning; her ballet bar and mat in the middle of the living room floor (which she hasn't bothered to take out of her closet since her birthday); all of her markers and papers strewn all over the couch (luckily no fatalities); 3 empty cups of chocolate pudding on the coffee table; all of her dress up clothes spread out on the floor in her bedroom; her baby dolls in her bathtub; and Caty running around with white lacy gloves that came in her dress up trunk, a bathing suit "bra" and no panties. Now I must go enforce the rule of CLEAN UP. I just wanted to sleep in peace...
