This is totally worthy of 2 posts in one day. I bought a whole chicken at the grocery store!!!!! OMG. Most of us know that I am totally grossed out by meat on a bone. Take one whole jar of Grey Poupon mayonnaise and coat the inside and outside both above and below the skin. Let it marinate anywhere from 6 hours to 30 minutes. Stuff the cavity with 5-10 peeled shallots (can substitute onions) and a handful of rosemary. Roast @ 450 F for 15 minutes and then 350 F for about an hour. Let it rest for about 10-15 minutes before carving.
