What the heck.....?
Galadon announced he was leaving a "delivery" on my dining table this morning after going out to water. I came out later to:
Now tell me: what the heck am I supposed to do with roughly a dozen BABY avocados - the largest of which is no bigger than 2 inches long? Galadon speculated that they were wind-fall, but half the reason the recent heatwave was so brutal was because there was NO wind, NO breeze. None. So that can't be the reason. It could just be the trees shedding fruit it simply cannot support in a drought, but I'm not sure.
I asked Galadon what he thought I could do with them, and his suggestion was that I should "troll somebody with them".
Yeah. Right.
I may take them over to Irm's when I go for my Monday Russian Lesson/Gab Fest this afternoon, if for no other reason than to give someone else a chance to "WTF" over them and maybe get a laugh or two.
It's warm, but not too warm today. The prediction is high 70's to low 80's, which is certainly much more endurable than what we had last week. I'd still like to have a little breeze, tho. No air movement means that when one gets too warm, one swelters.
