Room for Rent
So my roommate Nick wants to travel this spring, which means he will be moving out.
As of April I will be renting out his room.
Rent is is $445 a month, includes heat, hot water. Hydro extra.
The room is larger (10' x 14') with two closets and is south facing.
The apt. is on Clarence between Cobourg and Charlotte north of Rideau. It is on the second floor of one half of a duplex. With another apt. underneath and the landlord occupying the other half of the building.
The neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
Apt. is carpeted in living areas and bedrooms and is in good repair.
Features a balcony and washer & dryer.
Pets are welcome, I will be babysitting my roommate's cat until he returns from Europe.
Your only roommate would be me. I've just completed a degree and honours Criminology degree. I'm easygoing, clean, and tolerant of other beliefs and lifestyles and I'm looking for the same in a roommate.
