Dear Mr. Eady

Alex, how are you? I am fine.

I suppose you've grown up a little more this year, you should probably be proud of the things you've accomplished. You graduated (mind you, that just kind of happened), held a job for more than a year, made friends, traveled, and you've started making plans for your future.

However, you must begin to take greater charge of your life and not just coast along as you have in the past. Also, you really need to be more serious about the things you plan to do with your life. That seriousness must be applied to your personal life as well.

I applaud that you have devoted more of your time to introspection, but what do you intend to do with your new-found self-knowledge? You are aware that you owe some people, one in particular, apologies for things you've done. Do you do something about it? Or do you allow things to stand, amicably, as they are? You would probably only cause trouble anyway.

Alex, these are some things to think about; you really should do so more often.
You have another year before you're up for review again.
