That was beautifully haunting. Elegant words! The implication at the end, that Arthur deserves an escape, breaks my heart. I never want to think of them this way. ;_;

D: me either, tbh! Sometimes I lament the fact I picked team angst because I don't seem to be able to do any other sort of angst than the kind you can't really come back from. Poor Arthur <33

Still, I'm glad you appreciated this piece. I liked writing in this style for a change :)
