workplace relatin'...what would LJ do?

"Hypothetically" there's this co-worker...and you witness that he is running a side business that competes with the company you both work for, and conducting business AT your office, using software your company paid for, and on the clock. Not to mention the fact that we all signed non-disclosure contracts about trade secrets, etc. And you know he is using stuff he learned @ work for his business.

What do you do?

Btw in this hypothetical (wink) situation, said co-worker is also a total a-hole, NOT your friend.
