If the symptoms linger much longer, I would consider seeing a doctor about them. I know that's harder when you're a teen, but you only have one brain and you need to take care of it.
Do not attempt to self-medicate with caffeine or alcohol (the water is probably safe though). Caffeine is a stimulant and can make anxiety/panic attacks worse, since your initial reaction was a panic attack this could just make things worse.
Getting some extra sleep may help. Your body and brain repairs itself while you sleep.
