I ducked behind the drapes when I saw the moon begin to rise.

It snowed. It was nice at night when it was coming down hard, but today it's simply a hazard to deal with in my fishtail-happy boat of a car.

I made my way (slowly) to Twist & Shout today under the misguided impression that 8 Diagrams came out yesterday. Apparently, most albums come out on Tuesday. Since when was that the case? Of course, as I am unable to leave without spending far too much money, I bought four albums I've been wanting anyway. They are:

Final Fantasy - Has a Good Home
Owen - I do Percieve
Andrew Bird - Armchair Apocrypha
The One AM Radio - This Too Will Pass

Listening to the Owen one right now. Nice, mellow.

I wrote a new song today. I really like it. A bunch of people I know are forming bands and are actually making/putting out music, and I figure that it's time I actually assert myself and record some solo material. Time has eroded my opinion of most of my songs, but there are still a good number of tracks that I like or could make a few changes to. Perhaps I'll ask for recording paraphernalia for this coming Christmas.
