When Adventure Man! is not at work, he lives in a little purple house across the street from the gym. He never attends the gym, but can see the people working out through his living room window. It's a little disconcerting, but nothing that can't be overcome.
The A-Man never had cable or internet hooked up at his house, mostly because of money. The place came with a little four-inch black and white tv that is also part radio. He can watch the CBC only. Really, if a person were to have only one channel for a prolonged period, the CBC would be the channel to pick. By the end of summer, Adventure Man! shall be very familiar with the goings-on of George Strombo-etc. and Rick Mercer and Peter Mansbridge and the like.
He'll also end up watching the World Cup by default.
To use the internet, Adventure Man goes to either the public library or the Dairy Queen parking lot. Libraries are great places, and Adventure Man! will spend a lot of days off half on the internet and half pounding through whatever book catches his eye that day.
It's a good life if you can get it.
