SHINee Jonghyun / OC oneshot#2
“What did you do to the table napkins here?” said Soon Hye, her face slightly decorated with a frown as she sat next to Jonghyun.
Jonghyun still seemed to be busy over something; he was still in the process of writing something and he didn’t want Soon Hye to see yet. Soon Hye, on the other hand, was too tired to even notice as she slumped forward to the table, sighing.
They were currently at the café Soon Hye worked at. As usual, Jonghyun insisted to come along, but he ended up sitting by himself on a table at a corner, doing nothing. Today was different, though because a sudden spark of imagination seized him, thus using the table napkins as his outlet.
“I can’t believe I still have to do that research paper after this,” she pouted. Jonghyun didn’t say anything.
“Maybe I can sweet-talk Jinki-oppa to help me with it,” said Soon Hye, chuckling sinisterly as she went on with her monologue. Again, the guy beside him didn’t even give any reactions.
“Let’s go to that restaurant Jinki-oppa is obsessed with and bribe him with chicken.” Smiling triumphantly at her brilliant plan, she turned to Jonghyun for approval.
Scribble. Scribble.
Blinking her eyes in confusion, Soon Hye was starting to detect her boyfriend’s unusual behaviour towards her. She quickly recalled the events earlier at school, trying to dredge up anything that made him act like this, but she found none.
“Oh wait! Don’t tell me you’re upset because I didn’t give you those M&Ms during lunch-”
“Here,” Jonghyun said, finally. He handed her a rather thick layer of table napkin.
Soon Hye eyed the white material with a raised eyebrow. “What’s this for?”
Jonghyun frowned. “Hey! I worked hard on that! At least, give me credit for it…”
Soon Hye stared at him weirdly. “You worked hard on these napkins? I don’t get what you’re saying…”
“Aish…Not that! This!” He pointed on the table napkin, and that was when Soon Hye realized that there was something written on it.
It made her blush after skimming through it.

“Has your shift ended? I’m hungr-mmpphh!” Jonghyun didn’t get the chance to finish his sentence as Soon Hye silenced him with her lips.
Never mind. He could think of food later.
