It gets pretty annoying, doesn't it? Watching all your efforts. You get ahead, and then you're pushed miles back. I don't want that. I'm not going to just wait for the next disaster, rebuild, and wait some more. I'm not going to settle for it, and neither should others. I'm not going to be a weak brat who only relies on other stronger people

Somewhere really great, somewhere past this. Where we don't have to worry about the same things we do here. Where we can clear it out and make it our own and where the ones who want to keep going forward can go and resolve that once and for all so the ones who want to stay have a home!

We'll have to find the place, first. Send out some scouts, do a recon mission. And then when we find it, we'll have to plan for moving. We'll have to find a lot to get ready for it.
[Minato doesn't want to crush his bubble, but he's pretty sure the Scientists won't give them what they need to start a new life somewhere else. Even though he'd be all for it.]

A recon mission. To keep the others safe? We don't need to find that much! Just enough to get us there, then we can start.

To find the right place--it's best to send out a small team at first, fewer supplies would be necessary. And then when you get back, you'd have prepare what you need to use the site properly.

Sounds good to me, then. Try to find some people that have the skills you need, such as someone who knows how to build at least small shelters. And people who can hunt and garden.
