Day 2 out of the 30 day meme. Today's question is who's your least favorite character, so let's begin! Work tired me out sob
Volkov (Boris Balkov)
This probably comes off as no surprise, but I don't ever like Volkov, or Soichirou (Voltaire), either. For those of you who don't know Beyblade, he's the one who runs Volkov Abbey, a church or a monastery where he uses young boys to shape them into beyblading machines. He did this with no regrets, either. Even though he used unforgiving tactics to train them, shape them, and mold them to what he wanted, he wanted a strong beyblading army.
He also plays a hand in the lives of Yuriy and Boris (Sergei and Ivan, too, possibly. It isn't officially confirmed by Aoki Takao, yet), by taking them in when no one else would and put them through the harsh training in the abbey.
Now, with the background information out of the way, I dislike Volkov because... well... /cough He is just a bastard. I'm sorry, but he is. He doesn't care about anyone's lives other than his own. He'll use people as mere stepping stones to get to his goal of world domination, manipulates people, hurt people. He just is...not my favorite cup of tea.
Oh, and in G-Revolution, he looks worse than he did in 2001. It's totes headcanon to me that he got plastic surgery. It'd explain the hideous cheek bone disaster.
