But it is nice and will look great once blocked. Also, I started it Friday afternoon/evening, so I'm all preeny at the moment. Whee! A stocking cap with cabling in two days!

BTW, when I said that it took just over two skeins of blue and less than one of pumpkin to do a similar hat in the previous post, I was oh so wrong. It took just over ONE skein of the main color and about HALF of the contrast color. This one seems to have finished up at exactly one skein of red and half a skein of butternut.
