The brilliant sun swept across her forehead. A greeting filled with warmth. She stilled afraid to let it pass, it was a moment too rich to let go. She soaked herself in all it's golden light, then slowly moved herself up into the silence of the morning. Not awake, yet not asleep she stumbled cautiously down the stairs. Feeling every bristle in the carpet, brush against her painted toes. The cold rail gently gripped between her dry, cracked fingers. This isn't what she wanted. To wake up again, to feel the sun in her eyes, or the soft carpet beneath her toes. The tiny things didn't matter to her anymore. She became mysterious. A foreign feeling constantly consuming her body. Consuming her pain. Why couldn't it be permanent?
All she wanted was for the feeling to last forever, so she wouldn't have to witness it all again. A tornado of dispair constantly circled her. Though she tried to escape, its' strong suction snatched her once more from the reality of it all. She would plead for it to be gone, and bid it a farewell, once more she tried to end it all.
