While I am interested in personal task-management apps, I just found a new one I like even better than Hiveminder:
Yojimbo. Found it while I was re-downloading TextWrangler. It seems to be a combined password safe, note aggregator, and del.icio.us frontend all at once. Fatal flaw: does specifically not have the remote sharing capacity.
Perhaps someday* I will cave and buy a damn smartphone (ideally one that doesn't break when looked at sideways), but right now I am doing the equivalent of the kid on the bus who's carefully balancing a half-open laptop on his lap to keep the music player running rather than buying a damn mp3 player.
*I still have about a year on a T-mobile contract, because they made me re-up when I moved my account off the family plan, the bastards, and I don't feel in any hurry to spend between $300 and $700 just to be one of the cool kids.
