it's like it was only yesterday, except not with OS 10.2
Had digitalemur over for a computer upgrade party, since it turns out we have nearly identical laptops of a 2004 vintage. Between dinner and my house, she decided this needed to feature mojitos and ice cream. So, in the middle of January, with blowing snow outside, I spent six hours drinking mojitos, eating butter pecan ice cream, cursing Disk Utility, declaring various degrees of love for Rachel Maddow while waiting for Disk Utility, and upping Phthalo to 1.25Gb of RAM and OS 10.5.
Everything goes FAST ZOOM YAY. My computer is now (barely) compatible with various lists of system requirements, short of, y'know, the ones that expect an Intel processor. It's pretty hot.
