uh, i mean blue rules. on a real computer screen it looks bluer.

also good streaking form. it's consistent and even. woo.

It's purple, but I noticed a lot of the red component of the dye seemed to wash out early on, and my bathroom has fluorescent light, so I'm not surprised it looks blue in the picture.

BTW, like the dye job, looks good. I've a softness for rich colors like that and it works well on the darker hair. Is that your natural hair color (the dark part, not the blue)? I don't remember.

Thanks. I love the rich colors too -- carnelian, lapis, porphyry, saturated citrines, all the semiprecious gem shades. People have been suggesting I get highlights for years... not sure that's what they had in mind.

The black isn't natural either. I'm really glad I went with the brown-black. My stylist wanted to do blue-black, but in the end she agreed the browner one looked less fake.

I believe you turned up the 'hot' knob when you meant to turn up the 'color temperature' knob, or some such understandable nonsense.
