Hmmm, bleh.

My artificial-dawn solution (Ikea lamp and timer) isn't working. I'm still getting up at 10am after going to sleep at 2.

I think it's time for some actual sleep hygiene, starting with not reading myself to sleep until 2 every night. Dammit. I miss the days of staying up until 3 and making it to class at 9:30.
