freeganitarian

I think Manhattan's going to turn me freegan. (In the eating-meat-when-I'm-not-paying sense, not the diving sense.) Hospitality trumps frugality, and I guess I can't really complain about the price of meat from a 24-hour local organic grocery store,* but damn.

On the other hand, I found a sushi place in the Lower East Side that's on par with Sushi Kyo, and all their rolls and nigiri are half price on weekdays. I'd love the LES (yup) all to pieces if it were adequately served by transit, which is probably true for several thousand other people too.

I'm NOT IN TRAINING. Feedback has been left. It was polite. Maybe next week I get to do work -- in the meantime, there's a small sleepy Archimedean solid due in at Grand Central shortly.

*I am not insistent on eating organic-only. Maybe I should be, but it's the only place that was open.
