i'm only whining because my hand hurts
I'm coming perilously close to fanart, having just completed two character sketches for my and dymaxion's Exalted characters.
I dislike Huang Tse's boots, and... okay, pretty much everything about Samine Qing's outfit, except maybe the hat. She has rather a lot of Jack Sparrow going on. Neither of them has pointy ears or disproportionate breasts, at least.
I'm going to have to work on a drawing/inking style... I see what people (Scott McCloud, mostly) mean when they say that Rapidographs produce very flat drawings. I decided to ink Huang to see what it would do, and she looks scanned from a Dover book now. Harrumph.
